FAQ

Before your first visit

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book a cardiology consult directly; some insurance plans require one, and our front desk will check for you.

What should I bring?

A list of your medications, any home blood-pressure readings and previous ECGs or reports if you have them.

Can I have a follow-up by video?

Yes — most results discussions and medication reviews happen by video after your first in-person visit.

Same-week appointments

Care that starts with
a real conversation.

Book in person at our Lakeshore clinic or see a clinician by video — most patients are seen within 48 hours.

In an emergency call 911. Chest pain, trouble breathing, stroke signs or severe bleeding need emergency care — not an appointment.
